They came to help Chorley in Bloom members to improve the Chorley Railway Garden. Avove employees came from the North East, Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, Widnes, Euxton and Chorley. The train was moved for repairs and repainting, plants were dug out to be replanted later, 2 tons of soil put down, plants replanted and top dressed with 2 tons of bark/wood chippings.
