On Monday evening David, Gill and myself were privileged to be invited by the Chairman of Lancashire County Council to join Lancashire’s ‘in Bloom’ groups at County Hall, Preston. We met the Chairman, County Councillor Tim Ashton and the Chairman of the RHS North West in Bloom – Bernard Pendleton. The evening was to celebrate the contribution that the groups make in Lancashire. Stephen Lowe, an RHS North West in Bloom Judge, was also there.
It was great to meet so many like minded people and was a very enjoyable evening. Thank you Tim.
